For most housewives the selecting the oil is not too problematic, because all of them traditionally choose sunflower oil. It is greatly fits for salads, used for cooking of various dishes and even baking, and is very useful. As a fact, many nutritionists say that it is certainly the most useful oil.

Sunflower oil may boast with a large amount of fat, vitamin E, beta-carotene. It is recommended to use for the normalization of the digestive system, improve vision.

Olive oil – is a less popular guest at the table because it has less fat, but that is the reason why it is easier to digest. This oil is very useful for the digestive tract, cardiovascular system because it strengthens blood vessels and makes it rubbery.

Soybean oil is very rarely used in cooking and is not very popular among consumers. By its composition is very similar to fish oil. If you have problems in the functioning of the cardiovascular system, and you need to improve vision, to excrete cholesterol, this oil  is what you need. It is rich in phosphorus, vitamins and trace elements.

Sea buckthorn oil is topical in cosmetic and medical fields. It has a wound healing effect. Masks of sea buckthorn oil are useful for hair, face, hands, besides, it is recommended to use for patients who have digestive diseases.

Peanut butter is popular in the confectionery sector, although it has a high calorific value. This oil has lecithin, phosphatides, amino acids. It is recommended for people with diseases of the cardiovascular system, to cleanse the liver and blood.

These types of oils like palm oil, rapeseed oil, sesame, practically do not possess the special useful properties. Palm oil is often used in the cosmetic industry, but beauticians advise not to buy the products containing in its composition this oil because it clogs the pores. Palm oil is also used for the manufacture of margarine and confectionery industries, that also in general not considered to be too helpful.

Any ways it is necessary and important to use vegetable oils and your body will only thank you for that. And the main thing, as in everything else – a sense of proportion.
