And again about meat …

Perhaps no one product has been subjected to disputes as meat. Vegetarians try to assure, that meat is harmful for a health, that a man kills innocent animals to satisfy the own needs, other people on the contrary claim that meat is very useful of its protein.

Certainly there can not be any consensus, because everyone chooses by himself, what to eat and when. Is a meat really useful? Maybe there is a truth in the words of vegetarians that meat does bring a harm?

This product has many useful components, the most useful thing of which is a high quantity of protein. The protein facilitates an energy production in the body, riches the body with iron and zinc. But the number of useful components, and also benefit depend on the origin of the meat ant its varieties.

Those who like a pork meat, will get for their organism B-vitamin, iron and zinc. But esthetes do not eat the meat because the animal is omnivorous.

The beef is recommended to people with problems of digestive system, as its neutralizes the hydrochloric acid, and increasing acidity. But there is a risk to have into meal the poor-quality meat or vaccinated. All animals go through vaccination and that stuff easily gets not only into the milk but into the meat as well.

The mutton is rich for B,C- vitamins, calcium, iron and zinc, but if you have problems with musculoskeletal system, it is better to avoid this meet from your menu.

The rabbit meat – is truly rich of all the possible vitamins and minerals. It has the vitamins of B and C-groups, magnesium, iodine, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, cobalt. This meat is lean and can be included into the menu of people, that try to loss an extra weight. However rabbit meat contains the purine bases that converts to uric acid.

The most popular in the cookery is considered chicken meat. Its rich for E,A,B-vitamins. But the chicken also goes through a vaccination, and now it is very popular to use different hormones for its fast growing, that has a negative impact for our health.

Of course, the meat is useful but it is too heavy food for the organism. Try to eat meat with products of vegetable origin (especially with greens) it will contribute the assimilation of meat. Besides, the meat should not be eaten very often. 2-3 times per week more then enough.
