Judging by reddened noses of our fellow citizens, and due disappointing forecasts of Hydrometeorological Center we will not see the heat this year anymore. But don’t be sad about it! As it said in the well known song: “ the nature does not have a bad weather”, so you just need to adjust to new conditions and continue to live a normal life.
But all of us have different bodies, and each of us adjusts to colds as he can. However there are some general rules and by following them we may strengthen our natural defense and go through the cold season without the disease.
The life style
All, we do, eat, breath, has a strict influence for our immune system. So, if you want to have a good health, pay attention to your habits. Do you often walk on the open air, visit a water pool or attend a gym? Do you ride a bike and up and over roller? In fact, all these activities are not only a perfect way to strengthen a natural defense but also to cheer up. Especially it refers to office workers, which according to their activities, spend most of the time without movements and have a susceptibility to depression. So, we are. Our immunity fades when we are lazy and don’t let our body to move. Besides, it seems that it is not necessary to remind to anyone that smoking and bad habits have a negative impact on our well-being and slowly lead to most serious diseases.
